The stack
What we build mobile apps with
Who it is for
Who hires us to build an app
Founders shipping a first app
One codebase for iOS and Android keeps a first version cheap to change while you learn what people actually do with it.
Healthcare and care operators
Field staff need the app on the phone in their pocket, including when the signal drops and the record still has to be right.
Marketplaces and delivery businesses
A customer app, a partner app and the admin backend that ties them together all have to ship at the same time.
Companies adding an app to a web product
Your customers already log in on the web. The app has to share that account, that data and that backend.
What we build
What our mobile app development company in Austin builds
React Native and Expo apps
Our default when one team shipping to both stores at the same cadence is the win.
Native and Flutter when they fit
Swift and Kotlin when Live Activities, widgets or Wear OS are core to the product. Flutter when the team is already in Dart or the design system needs custom rendering. Talksy, our messaging app, is built in Flutter.
Realtime features
HD voice and video calls, group chat and media sharing, as in EasyTalk, built on Agora and Firebase.
Multi-app products
A customer app, a rider app and an admin backend, as in Foodiver, with live tracking and Mapbox-routed deliveries.
AI inside the app
Voice recordings turned into case notes and an in-app assistant, as in Unicare, so the AI does work the user would otherwise do by hand.
Store release
App Store review and Play Store launch are part of the job. We stay through release and the updates that follow it.
The full practice, including native rewrites and App Store rescue work, is on our mobile app development services page.
Proof
App proof, healthcare first
Unicare is an Australian client. Foodiver and EasyTalk are products we built ourselves. None of them is an Austin company, and we would rather tell you that than imply it.
Healthcare · Care management
Unicare
Healthcare: a care platform for Australian NDIS and aged-care providers, on web, iOS and Android, with six integrated modules and voice-to-record case notes.

Every release ships with all of its content, or none of it ships
Not an app, but the enterprise discipline we bring to release: for Elementor, every release ships with all of its content, or none of it ships.

How it works
From first scope to the App Store
01
Scope the first version
Which flows have to work on day one, which framework fits, and what can wait for the second release.
02
Build in two-week increments
A fresh beta build every increment, tested on real iOS and Android devices.
03
Put it in front of testers
TestFlight and Play internal-track builds go to your first beta testers before the public listing does.
04
Release
Store listings and review questions, handled with you rather than handed to you.
05
Keep it healthy
Crash logs and review threads tell us what to fix first, and the next release carries it.
App development in Austin: common questions
Do you have mobile app developers in Austin?
Our US headquarters is in Austin, with offices in Sharjah and Karachi, and we work with US clients remotely during Central Time hours. If you need developers physically in your building, we are not the right fit, and we would rather say so early.
React Native, Expo or native?
React Native when one team shipping to both stores at the same cadence is the win, with Expo where its tooling fits the project. Native Swift and Kotlin when Live Activities, widgets, Wear OS or deep platform integrations are core. The discovery call gives the honest answer for your product.
How long does a first app take?
Our Mobile MVP Sprint goes from spec to a TestFlight build in six weeks. For a solo founder or seed-stage consumer app, the App Store launch typically follows at around twelve weeks, tested with real users before the public listing goes live.
Can you build healthcare apps?
Yes. Unicare is a care platform we shipped on web, iOS and Android for Australian NDIS and aged-care providers, so US HIPAA was not its framework. For a US healthcare app we scope the safeguards at the start: BAAs with every vendor that touches patient data, access control, audit logging and encryption.
Can we see apps you built for Austin companies?
Not today. We name a client only when that client has cleared it, and no Austin client is named on this site. The apps on this page are the ones we can show you in full.
How much does mobile app development cost?
Price varies with scope. Productized sprints are fixed-price, and full platform builds are quoted after discovery, when the number of apps, roles and integrations is clear.

Send us the first version you have in mind. We will tell you which framework fits it, and what we would leave for the second release.
